Beau Domaine Farms accepts returns of unopened containers only.

A return authorization will be required to return any item, (when requested one will be sent by e-mail).  Any package arriving at our facility without prior return approval will be refused.

If you need assistance during ordering, please call to ensure you have ordered the correct product.

Returns must meet the following criteria:

1.  Returns for unopened containers (which meet the above guidelines) must be requested within 10 days of shipment date. Any request after this time period will not be honored. Returns must arrive to us within 7 days of receiving an authorization.

2. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned products.

3. Products must arrive in excellent condition. Refunds less any charges, will be made upon receipt of merchandise which meets this standard.

4. The customer assumes all return shipping fees,  Customer assumes all shipping fees for exchanges.

Returns should be shipped by a carrier with tracking information; USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe arrival of return packages.
