Condiments

In 1978 Beau Domaine Farms was started. We purchased 40 acres of beautiful land in the foothills of South Carolina with a panoramic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We built our home, planted our first apple trees, and bought an orchard already in production.

With our large family, we had children who were willing to help us build a family business. Eagerly the roadside market was opened to sell our choice apples. It wasn't much, only a homemade sign and an umbrella for shade. Each morning we would get an early start, going into the orchard and picking the most perfect apples we could find. Then we set-up our stand. We had a cooler in which we kept ice cold cider that we had pressed the night before. We offered samples to our customers and it did taste good on those first days of august when it's so hot in South Carolina. After a few weeks we knew the business would be successful. We purchased a building on scenic highway 11, made some renovations, added crafts, baskets, Jams, jellies, honey and baked goods.

We converted a building on the farm to a commercial kitchen, equipment was added to pasteurize our cider. In 1984 more equipment was added to make our own jellies, jams, pickles and other condiments, we have been making them from then to the present. We try to make products people will buy and enjoy not a lot of fancy products that are tasted once and left sitting on the shelf.

In 2006 we decided to start an internet business with a selection of our products, we know you will enjoy. We know they are good because our children and grandchildren are our taste testers and critics. Our products have to be good to please them (grandchildren are never wrong).

We use the best ingredients available to make our products and they are made in small batches to ensure a quality that only " that taste like homemade" could apply. Beau Domaine Farms does not want to be the biggest, only the best, and at an affordable price. We invite you to compare our prices with other vendors. We do not add shipping cost to our prices then tell you we will ship free if you buy a certain amount.

We want to expand our line as soon as we get a feel for what our customers like. We invite you to call us at our toll free number with your comments and suggestions for new products. Please enjoy our products and if you have a recipe you would like share with us, we welcome it gladly. The number is 1-888-267-0795 or Fax number 864-468-5173.
