Preserves Nothing could be better than the aroma of fresh perked coffee, a plate of biscuits right out of the oven or crisp buttery toast and a jar of Beau Domaine Farms preserves to start the day.We make our preserves the old fashioned way in open kettles like Grandma made them. They are delicious. We use only the finest fruits available and we make them in small batches so we can control the quality. Old Fashioned Fig We make our fig preserves from imported Turkish figs. We have never been able to find fig preserves like these in grocery stores. They are like the preserves used in fig bars and they are very different from regular fig preserves. If you like fig newtons you will love these preserves. When they are available we also make our fig preserves from fresh figs.
