The following photos show When we started we only had one 5 gallon kettle. Today we have we have 1- 5gallon kettle, 1- 7 gallon kettle, 2- 40 gallon kettles. This allows us to make batches to keep our inventory fresh. We can make small batches for slower selling items and larger batches for faster selling items. This way we can control the quality better. |
